ANGEL FACE

  • 30ml / 1oz Luxardo London Dry Gin

  • 30ml / 1oz Giffard Apricot Brandy Liqueur

  • 30ml / 1oz Avallen Calvados

METHOD:

  1. Combine the gin, apricot brandy and calvados in a mixing glass.

  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds.

  3. Strain into a 1924 Cooped or Nick & Nora glass.

  4. Garnish with apple slice (optional).
