MOSQUITO COCKTAIL

• 60ml / 2oz Barsol Pisco

• 22.5ml / .8oz Simple Sugar Syrup

• 20ml / .7oz Lime Juice

• 3-4 dashes of Orange Bitters

• 6 Fresh Mint Leaves

METHOD:

1. Combine the pisco, sugar syrup, lime juice, and orange bitters in a shaker.

2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds.

3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with mint sprigs.
