Fruity Smoothie Cocktail

Fruity Smoothie Cocktail is delicious, a well-balanced smoothie to enjoy any time of the year. I never meet anyone who doesn’t like smoothies. Well, this one is more special. Don’t offer it to kids, please.

In this delicious smoothie, I decided to use for base the Pink Gin from @gordonsginuk. Gordons Pink has this rich aroma and flavour, bringing a lot of good vibe to the cocktail. In combination with Peach Liqueur (I used the Bols Peach Liqueur) the Gin keeps stand out without losing character. I do love peaches, and this fruit is one of the most amazing when it comes to cocktails. Juicy, aromatic and balanced in sweetness, the Peach it’s the perfect pairing for the Pink Gin.

Ok, let’s spice it a little be. When I say spice it doesn’t mean is hot but has a little kick after taste and is so delicious. To achieve this, I used the beautiful Botanical Mix of Peach & Chilli from @thecraftybotanist.

The Lavender Syrup from @monin_uk is another wonderful syrup, bringing a flowery note to the mix. All blends with tasty Raspberry Pure from @funkincocktails, Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice and Pineapple Juice to make the fruity explosion even bigger. The Fruity Smoothie Cocktail can be made in larger quantity as pre-batched if you have a smoothie machine to keep it frosty and fresh.

Thrust me is like a heaven. Feels like you are back in kids days when you were having all this sweeties and lollipops enjoying the days without worries.
