Randy Cocktail Recipe

At least here in the UK.The simplicity and flavour pairing of the Randy Cocktail makes it an easy choice to add in your festive menu. Enjoy it as a party drink or a slowly sip around the fireplace.
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- Old-Fashioned Glass
- 60 ml St-Remy Brandy (or Cognac)
- 30 ml Vintage Port (or Tawny Port 10 years old)
- 1 bsp Pernod Anise Spirit (or Absenthe)
- 2 dash Anostura Aromatic Bitters (or peychaud's or creole bitters)
- 10 ml Maple Syrup

How to make
- Stir all ingredients with ice
- Strain into your glass
- Garnish with Maraschino Cherry
