Choco Mint

I created the CHOCO MINT cocktail recipe a few years ago. I have adjusted the original recipe to achieve the final serve.

It was initially created as an Easter Cocktail, but you can enjoy this chocolate—and coffee-forward cocktail at any time.

A good dessert cocktail is always welcome, no matter the occasion. The CHOCO MINT cocktail is worth trying if you're a coffee or After Eight Chocolate fan. Cheers!


CHOCO MINT

  • 15ml / .5oz Bouvery CV Chocolate Liqueur

  • 60ml / 2oz Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur

  • 10ml / .34 Giffard Menthe Pastille Liqueur

  • 15ml / .5oz Tempus Fugit Cacao Liqueur

  • 60ml / 2oz Fresh Espresso

METHOD:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a small coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

  3. Garnish with floating mint leaf (optional).

It may be difficult for you to find Bouvery CV Chocolate Liqueur, so I have included an alternative liqueur in the product list.
