60ml / 2oz Everleaf Forest
15ml / .5oz Mango & Ginger Syrup (homemade)***
30ml / 1oz Mango Puree
Top up with Ginger Ale (or non-alcoholic sparkling wine)
METHOD:
Add the first three ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Top up with Ginger Ale or Non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
