NIGHT ORCHARD
30ml / 1oz Avallen Calvados
20ml / .68oz Xante Pear Liqueur
20ml / .68oz Coffee infused Vermouth Rosso
5ml / 1 bar spoon Benedictine Liqueur
2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
2 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds.
Strain into a Rock Glass.
Garnish with fresh pare slice.
