Five Summer Mocktails

Hey there, cocktail lovers! Summer is here, and it's the perfect time to enjoy some refreshing drinks. Today, we will mix things up a bit and focus on mocktails.

Yes, you heard it right! We're making five delicious, non-alcoholic drinks perfect for those hot summer days. So, let's get shaking!


ROSSINI - NON ALCOHOLIC

  • 30ml / 1oz ODK Strawberry Puree

  • 90ml / 3oz 0.0% Sparkling Wine

METHOD:

  1. Add the Strawberry puree to a champagne flute.

  2. Top up with chilled, non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

  3. Stir gently to mix.

  4. Garnish with half of fresh strawberry.


PEACH BELLINI - NON ALCOHOLIC

  • 30ml / 1oz Funkin Peach Puree

  • 90ml / 3oz 0.0% Sparkling Wine

METHOD:

  1. Add the Peach puree to a champagne flute.

  2. Top up with chilled, non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

  3. Stir gently to mix.

  4. Garnish with a fresh peach wedge.


ITALIAN SPRITZ - NON ALCOHOLIC

  • 60ml / 2oz Lyre’s Italian Spritz

  • 90ml / 3oz 0.0% Sparkling Wine

METHOD:

  1. Add the Italian Spritz to an ice-filled wine glass.

  2. Top up with chilled, non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

  3. Stir gently to mix.

  4. Garnish with an orange slice.


AMARETTO SOUR - NON ALCOHOLIC

  • 60ml / 2oz Lyre’s Amaretti

  • 15ml / .5oz Monin Orgeat Syrup

  • 30ml / 1oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 Egg White

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake first.

  2. Add ice and shake again.

  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with maraschino cherry.


CHERRY TOP - NON ALCOHOLIC

  • 25ml / .9oz Mr Fitzpatrick Sour Cherry Cordial

  • 50ml / 1.75oz Pineapple Juice

  • 25ml / .9oz Apple Juice

  • 25ml / .9oz Cranberry Juice

  • 12.5ml / .43oz Lime Juice

METHOD:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with dry rose petals.
